Try to love it.
I’m in my 30s with a busy schedule, so I’m always looking for foods that are both healthy and easy to use. I didn’t grow up eating black garlic, but I’d heard good things and decided to try it.
I was surprised by how versatile it is. The cloves are easy to peel, soft and spreadable, slightly sweet, and not sharp at all. I use it in quick dinners, pasta, stir-fries, and even on toast when I need something fast.
It feels like a simple upgrade to everyday meals without extra effort. Definitely something I’ll keep remeber to buy for afternoon toast.
