If you’ve landed here, chances are you’ve ordered some of our top-quality ingredients so first off, thank you! We’re all about bringing you the best, and we hope you love every bit of it. But hey, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Maybe you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or something wasn’t quite right. No worries, we’ve got you covered.

If you need to cancel an order, get in touch ASAP! Once it’s shipped, it’s out of our hands, but if you catch us in time, we’ll cancel it for you.

If your order has arrived and you’re considering a return, we accept refund requests within 14 days from purchase. Just make sure the product is unused, unopened, and stored in good condition. Pack it up and send it back to us at P.O. Box 3, Park Orchards, VIC 3114, and once we receive it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll cover the return shipping unless we made a mistake.

And if we did mess up—whether it’s the wrong item or something arrived damaged we’ll take full responsibility. That means covering all costs, including return shipping and any credit card fees.

Exchange Policy

Not after a refund? No problem! If you’d rather swap your item for something else, just let us know within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll get your exchange sorted.

Special Items

Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind. If a return is approved for any other reason, possible fees may apply, including postage costs.

International Returns

If you’re returning an item from outside Australia, please ensure the package is marked as a "Return" to help avoid customs charges. However, any customs fees that do apply will be the customer’s responsibility and deducted from the refund amount.

 

When to Expect Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we’ll check everything over and let you know if it’s been approved. If all looks good, we’ll process your refund, and you’ll see the money back in your account within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies can take a little longer to process things on their end.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you still don’t see it, just let us know.
