We believe in a safe, respectful, and positive environment for both our team and our customers. Any form of aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated. This includes: Verbal abuse, threats, discriminatory or inappropriate remarks and harassment in any form.
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful workplace. Any customer engaging in such behavior may have their orders refused, canceled, or permanently restricted from doing business with us. We reserve the right to take further action if necessary.
Storage & Handling Responsibility
We work hard to ensure that all our products are delivered in peak condition. However, once your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to store it correctly to maintain quality and freshness. We cannot accept returns or refunds for items that have been damaged due to improper handling or storage.
