At Nourishing Orchard, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:


Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days

Express Shipping: 1-5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

- Australia and New Zealand

- 24 international destinations such as Europe, the UK, the US and Canada. (If your country is not listed, contact us—we may have a solution.)

If your currency appears at checkout, it means we ship to your country with no issues.

 

4. Order Dispatch & Public Holidays

We remain closed on all Victorian public holidays.

Orders placed on the day prior to non-working days (including weekends and public holidays) will be processed on the following business day. This helps ensure minimum transit time and avoids delays in shipping.

Holiday Peak Periods (Christmas & New Year): During busy holiday seasons, shipping carriers such as Australia Post and Aramex experience high volumes, which may result in delivery delays.

Cut-off times and holiday shutdown periods apply. Please check the official carrier websites for the latest updates on shipping timeframes.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the courier's website.


6. Click & Collect

Our free Click & Collect service is available exclusively from our Boronia warehouse (VIC). Simply place and pay for your order via our website, and within 2-4 business days, your order will be ready for pickup. We’ll send you an email as soon as it’s ready.

Disclaimer: We will hold your order for 10 business days after it is ready for collection. Please ensure you can pick up your order within this timeframe.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for any loss, theft, or incorrect delivery made by the courier service, including deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer or mis-delivery by the carrier.

All shipments are handled by third-party carriers, and while we select reputable providers, we do not have control over their delivery operations.

Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete
• Monitoring tracking information provided after dispatch
• Contacting the courier directly regarding any delivery issues, including missing, delayed, or incorrectly delivered parcels

We will provide tracking details and reasonable assistance where possible, however, any investigation, claim, or recovery process must be handled directly with the courier.

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

9. Returns & Refunds

Please Note: The above shipping terms apply to orders up to 22kg, which are shipped via standard couriers such as Australia Post and Aramex. For bulkier orders exceeding 22kg, alternative transport methods, such as freight companies and truck deliveries, may be used. These shipments are subject to different policies, delivery timeframes, and costs based on the transport company’s terms. We will provide shipping details and tracking information accordingly.

Australia: Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD, with a maximum shipping cost coverage of $30 AUD.

New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD, with a maximum shipping cost coverage of $60 AUD.

Only one promotion can be used per order. Free shipping applies to orders $150+ when no other discount code is used.

Free shipping does not apply to deliveries to remote areas or islands where shipping costs are significantly higher than average. In such cases, we will notify you prior to fulfilment. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping policy, thresholds, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
