Ingredients:
Boiling water 250ml
Mint leaves or mint water
Orange blossom water 1 tsp
Rose petals or rose buds or rose water 2-3 petals or 1 bud or 1-2 tsp
Tea leaves or teabag (Optional) 0.5 tsp or 1 teabag
Method:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water into your cup.
Add the mint leaves (or mint water) and black tea leaves (or tea bag) to the cup.
Place a lid on the cup and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Your mint tea is ready to serve. Enjoy!
You can add a pinch of sugar or serve it with a date for a sweet treat during your break.
