A  simple and refreshing Watermelon Smoothie recipe:


Ingredients (2 servings):

3 cups watermelon (seedless, cubed and chilled)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or any plain yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1/2 banana (for natural sweetness and texture)

1/2 cup ice cubes (adjust to your preference)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if extra sweetness is needed)

Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon (optional, for a tangy twist)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish or blended in)



Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:

Cube and chill the watermelon in the fridge for best results.

Freeze the banana if you want a thicker texture.

  1. Blend:

Add watermelon, banana, yogurt, ice cubes, and lime juice to a blender or blend them with an electric whisk.

Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.

  1. Serve:

Pour into glasses.

Garnish with mint leaves or a watermelon wedge if you like.

Serve immediately & enjoy your drink!
